When you see an item you’d like to purchase whole browsing our online store, simply select the item’s size or color (if applicable) then click on the “Add to Cart” button. This will direct you to your shopping cart on PayPal's site.
Next, click on the “Continue Shopping” button to return to our shopping site, or click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button to pay for the items you’ve chosen.
After clicking on “Proceed to Checkout,” you may sign in on the right side if you have an account with PayPal, or click “continue” on the left side if you do not. Complete the transaction as directed by PayPal from here.

Placing an Order By Email
E-mail info@tikitotesandbags.com with the bag’s name and color (if applicable) or the flip-flops’ color and size. In the email, please include the following information:

Payment Information
We accept personal checks, money orders and credit card payments through PayPal. An 8.25% sales tax must be added to all orders placed in California – other states are exempt from this charge. Make checks or money orders payable to:

We ship all packages through the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping and handling is calculated in the shopping cart based on your order total as outlined below. Prices reflect USPS postal rates, confirmation services and packaging.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for defective merchandise. You must arrange for a refund or exchange within 7 business days from date of purchase, and items must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Do not return the item(s) until you have contacted us and have received instructions. Include your invoice with any returns so we can contact you with questions, if any.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Tiki Totes and Bags. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed when item(s) is received. You are responsible for proof of delivery, such as USPS Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation.
