Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for defective merchandise. You must arrange for a refund or exchange within 7 business days from date of purchase, and items must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Do not return the item(s) until you have contacted us and have received instructions. Include your invoice with any returns so we can contact you with questions, if any.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Tiki Totes and Bags. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed when item(s) is received. You are responsible for proof of delivery, such as USPS Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation.
